This investment project involves purchase of a building of the Cultural Centre of Alges, that is rented to the Alges Municipality for more than 15 years. The building was renovated by the Municipality in 2016. Lease agreement guarantees monthly rent payments with annual yield of 7.7%. Investment is considered as the low-risk one due to the long-term contract with governmental structure.

Building consists of a reception zone, 3 working cabinets and 12 studios. The studios are equipped for classes of music, dance, art, painting and sport. Total area of the building is 450 m2.
